Art Policy:
Everything I post on my deviantART page are original works created by me. You do NOT have permission to re-upload my work in any way or on any site, unless they are a gift from me to you, or you have commissioned me. You may NOT reproduce, modify, or trace over my work in ANY way. In the description, I will always include information on who the character belongs to; if the deviation is of character you own or is not owned by me. Therefore, no one else may use my work without permission.
Original Character Guidelines:
My original characters created by me cannot be re-used for personal, non profit, or commercial purposes in ANY way. Their backgrounds and stories are copyrighted by ME. If you copy or heavily reference it any way this is considered plagiarism.
- You may not claim the character as your own.
- You may not use my characters for role playing.
- You may not re-upload any of my original characters anywhere.
Fan art is accepted. You must however, link and credit the character back to me.
Please drop me a link, I would love to see the work!
Tracing Guidelines:
- I do not allow any of my work to be traced, partially traced, or heavily referenced.
- You may not make bases from my artwork.
- You may not recolor, edit, modify, or render my artwork.
Commission Guidelines:
Please note that I have FULL rights to my artwork. The art you have commissioned from me may be used for personal purposes ONLY. You must ask permission before uploading it anywhere outside of deviantART. You may not claim the artwork was done by you. You have full rights to the characters but not the artwork itself. You may not sell or resell my artwork. I have full rights to the image, you however do not.
I will never sell your commission.
It will not be made into a print or be resold in any way. Although I have full rights to the artwork, I do not have full rights to the character. Therefore, I will never sell, re-sell, or use the CHARACTER design anywhere else.
If I have given you permission to use my artwork on another site other than deviantART you MUST follow these rules:
- Do not remove my watermark.
- Link the image back to my deviantART page.
- You may not claim the images as your own.
- You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes.
- You may use the artwork personally, such as a wallpaper or a phone background.
- You may print the work and hang it on your wall or use it for decorative purposes.
Watcher Guidelines:
Once you've decided to watch me you also agree to this policy. You must oblige to all the rules and regulations I have listed. You must accept the consequences that come with breaking ANY of my rules.
Trades & Gifts Guidelines:
You are NOT allowed to re-upload my work and sell it as a print. If I have given you a gift or art traded with me this does not entitle you to re-sell my artwork. If I find this happening I will revoke your rights to the image and I will ask that you take down the artwork and disable the buy print option.
If you do not take it down after my request I WILL:
- Report YOU.
- Report the DEVIATION or the website staff you have uploaded it to; forcing them to remove my work.

Spamming/Trolling Guidelines:
This is absolutely NOT allowed on my page. You will receive a warning, failure to heed my warning will result in a block from my page. If you use profanity on my page your comment WILL be hidden and you will receive NO warning before being blocked.
